We are seeking a Companion to join our team at Morada Victoria. As a Companion, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents in their daily lives, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with non-personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing homemaking services, including meal preparation and household management
  • Observing and reporting any changes in a resident's physical or mental condition
  • Keeping the resident's home clean and tidy
  • Assisting with laundry and other household tasks

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a companion or homemaker role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
