The Customer Engagement Specialist is tasked with delivering outstanding service to members, potential members, and visitors at Planet Fitness.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist members with a positive demeanor.
- Address member questions and issues with professionalism.
- Oversee front desk operations including phone management, member check-ins, new member registrations, facility tours, and account updates.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the facility by maintaining equipment, spa amenities, restrooms, and common areas.
- Background in customer service is preferred.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer proficiency is required.
- A passion for health and fitness is essential.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude, punctuality, and dependability.
- Exceptional customer service abilities and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred.
- Regular standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Ability to maneuver in various positions to complete tasks.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals may occur.
