Job Summary:
iLABS is seeking a highly skilled Compounder 2nd Shift to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of bulk food products. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
This is an hourly position located in Mahwah, NJ. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in compounding and a high school diploma or equivalent. Key responsibilities include ensuring precise formulation of production lots, operating and overseeing mixing machinery, and calibrating equipment to ensure precision and compliance. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have knowledge of cGMP in a food production facility and be proficient in multitasking and working under pressure.

Estimated Salary:
$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
