We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a dedicated professional, you will be responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses, creating effective treatment plans, and enhancing recovery and functional independence.

Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, as well as a range of benefits including up to $7,500 sign-on bonus, up to $2,500 relocation bonus, health, dental, and vision benefits, HSA options, and more.
Job DescriptionAs an Occupational Therapist with JAG Physical Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collections and recording patient care data, adhering to regulatory agencies and third-party payer guidelines
- Preparing for evaluations, administering tests, and synthesizing results to formulate diagnoses, goals, and treatment plans
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and support systems to achieve optimal outcomes
- Providing education and training to patients and support systems on functional training, neurological interventions, and other relevant topics
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy, or a related field
- Licensure as an occupational therapist, valid CPR certification, and completion of state-regulated CEU requirements
- Experience working with EMR software, strong clinical decision-making skills, and excellent oral and written communication abilities
- A minimum of one year of professional experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a similar setting
