Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to become a vital part of our Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer invoices while monitoring reports to ensure precision.
  • Verify and confirm sales orders to maintain accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and assist in developing and following accounting procedures.
  • Support month-end closing activities, including reconciling financial data, reviewing variances, and preparing journal entries and ledger reconciliations.
  • Conduct physical inventory counts of fixed assets and assist with annual inventory assessments.
  • Manage and reconcile broker agreements.
  • Generate, execute, and distribute reports as required to assist other departments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and provide support for various projects as needed.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, including journal entries and financial data analysis.
  • Experience with internal controls, including auditing and policy/procedure development, is advantageous.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and control over financial information.
  • Capability to work independently, follow directions, and complete tasks while asking questions when necessary.
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as required by business needs, particularly during month-end and year-end reporting periods.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
