ISAT specializes in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of non-structural engineering and design systems tailored for commercial construction. Role Summary:
Workload Management – You will lead the Project Management Group, overseeing the following responsibilities:
- Primary Technical Liaison: Serve as the main contact for all technical support related to assigned projects.
- Project Oversight: Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and performance across all assigned tasks.
- Training and Development: Assist in training new project managers and modelers within the branch.
- Field Support: Provide on-site training and support for installation teams and junior project managers.
- Quotation Generation: Collaborate with sales and project managers to develop scope of work and pricing for seismic services.
- Technical Support: Represent ISAT in all communications and meetings, addressing issues with relevant authorities.
- Advanced Code Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of building codes and regulations to assist project teams effectively.
- Product Expertise: Manage various projects involving our extensive range of products, documenting and improving applications.
- Innovative Solutions: Develop custom solutions for unique project requirements.
- Project Management: Oversee retrofit projects, including site surveys and documentation.
- Large Scale Project Support: Be prepared to assist on large projects outside your local area as needed.
- Proactive Approach: Demonstrate initiative and creativity in problem-solving and project execution.
