To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Aerospace or Manufacturing setting
- Ability to lay-up all skins on form tools with limited oversight
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and process specifications
- Familiarity with various insulation materials and fabric coverings
- Skills in building, vacuum bagging, and curing using air circulator ovens or autoclaves
- Competence in cutting materials as needed for fabrication
- Experience with measuring tools such as Vernier dial calipers, micrometers, tape measures, weight scales, and pie tapes

Essential Skills:
- Proficient in using cements, coatings, release agents, sealants, and plastic laminators
- Capability to insulate diverse duct types with minimal supervision
- Maintain satisfactory production levels in terms of both quality and quantity.
