About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Patient Service Specialist (Medical Front Office Receptionist) who thrives in a fast-paced setting and excels in a team environment. This individual will be responsible for providing customer-friendly and passionate service to our growing organization, prioritizing patient satisfaction as our top priority.

The ideal candidate will be skilled at multi-tasking, delivering quality customer service, prioritizing tasks, and exercising critical thinking in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for patients in the clinic, keeping them informed of wait times and monitoring the flow of patients.
  • Process patients for discharge, preparing charges, collecting payment, obtaining necessary signatures, and issuing receipts.
  • Ensure the clinic and front reception area run smoothly and maintain optimal patient flow.
Educational Requirements and Desired Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Typing and computer proficiency in Windows-based software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and exercise critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
