About the RoleWe are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Patient Service Specialist (Medical Front Office Receptionist) who thrives in a fast-paced setting and excels in a team environment. This individual will be responsible for providing customer-friendly and passionate service to our growing organization, prioritizing patient satisfaction as our top priority.
The ideal candidate will be skilled at multi-tasking, delivering quality customer service, prioritizing tasks, and exercising critical thinking in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for patients in the clinic, keeping them informed of wait times and monitoring the flow of patients.
- Process patients for discharge, preparing charges, collecting payment, obtaining necessary signatures, and issuing receipts.
- Ensure the clinic and front reception area run smoothly and maintain optimal patient flow.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Typing and computer proficiency in Windows-based software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and exercise critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
