Clean Harbors is seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team in the Project Services division. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for customers interested in contracting our services, and will work closely with our operations and customer service teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with our operations team to deliver high-quality services and meet customer expectations
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive growth
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, including PFAS regulations and funding opportunities
  • Work closely with our Federal Liaison to understand and leverage DOD funding opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' businesses and industries
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the environmental services industry
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive growth
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
