Position Overview

Role: Regional Assistant Vice President of Health Service

Location: Charlotte, NC Region

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer strategic direction and oversight to Facility Consultants
  • Oversee assessments of facilities to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
  • Work in conjunction with other Health Services executives to maintain high-quality care
  • Conduct monthly evaluations and prepare for pre-survey visits
  • Engage with the Regional Vice President of Operations
  • Participate in regular discussions with the VP of Health Services
  • Execute compliance analysis reviews as needed
  • Create educational programs for facility personnel

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited RN nursing program
  • Active RN license in North Carolina
  • Minimum of 1 year in Nursing Leadership roles
  • At least 1 year of experience in Management consulting
  • 3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare environment
  • Experience managing multiple sites is essential
