Compensation:
The salary for this position is competitive, with an estimated range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, including a comprehensive benefit package and bonus structure. This compensation reflects the level of expertise and qualifications required for this role, as well as the demands of providing quality care to patients in Texas and electronic medical records maintenance of health insurance, life insurance, dental and vision plans.

Job Description:
A successful candidate for this Full-time Physician Assistant position will have a strong background in medicine, with experience in primary care, pediatrics, and adult medicine. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly with patients and colleagues, and maintain accurate electronic medical records. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing quality patient care through thorough exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this Full-time Physician Assistant role, candidates must possess a graduate degree in physician assistant studies from an accredited program and hold certification/license to practice in Texas. A Master's degree is also preferred. Additionally, they must demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
