Position Overview:
The Pharmacy Analytics Manager will act as the primary expert in pharmacy analytics, bridging the gap between pharmacy data and healthcare-related datasets.
This role involves overseeing the quality, insights, and dissemination of reports for the largest outpatient pharmacy operations within the health system.
Additionally, the manager will focus on developing insights and models that support a comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior and patient lifetime value.
Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Vice President of Ambulatory Pharmacy Strategy and supervises the Analytics Specialist team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and shape the strategic analytics vision for corporate pharmacy teams.
- Guide the analytics team in collecting digital metrics from various pharmacy-related clinical, operational, and financial systems.
- Collaborate with teams to analyze findings and provide actionable recommendations.
- Identify and propose innovative data analytics techniques to showcase the value and effectiveness of digital initiatives, contributing to revenue and strategic objectives.
- Collect and synthesize data to help establish KPIs and success metrics.
- Enhance customer service by collaborating with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to leverage digital technologies for improved business processes.
- Participate in the development of decision-support systems that illustrate digital effectiveness and support marketing strategies.
- Communicate data insights clearly and effectively to key decision-makers.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, IT, Mathematics, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Preferred:
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
