As a key member of our mental health team, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to provide essential support services to individuals in need of behavioral therapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored interventions in a home or community setting, under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). About the Job:
Implementing evidence-based treatment plans to address individualized goals and objectives;

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent, combined with relevant experience in a healthcare setting;
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work flexibly and autonomously;
Bilingualism in Spanish, with fluency in verbal and written communication;
Reliable transportation and capacity to travel regularly between locations;
Adherence to SpringHealth's policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Compensation:
Estimated hourly rate: $16.00 - $17.00, reflecting the value and expertise that this role demands.
