- Use standardized assessment tools and interviews to formulate accurate diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with patients to establish achievable treatment objectives and provide individualized treatment using various therapeutic modalities.
- Offer psychoeducation to patients about mental health conditions and effective coping strategies.
- Implement behavior modification techniques to address maladaptive behaviors and promote positive changes in patients' lives.
- Work collaboratively with primary care clinicians and consult with other healthcare team members to integrate behavioral health strategies into patients' comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide immediate psychological support and intervention during mental health crises, assessing risk and ensuring patient safety.
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Licensed in the State of Texas as a Psychologist.
- Specialization or experience in behavioral health, clinical psychology, or related fields.
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
