Zobility, the workforce management and staffing division of RGBSI, is seeking a highly skilled Support Services Specialist to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Your duties will include:

  • Meeting planning and coordination
  • Document preparation and maintenance
  • Data collection and analysis
  • Record-keeping and tracking of supplier orders

You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our operations. This role offers a flexible work schedule with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote per week.
