About the Role: We are seeking an experienced CAE Engineer to join our team as a Full Vehicle NVH Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to leverage their expertise in modal analysis, frequency response analysis, and acoustic sensitivity to drive innovation in vehicle development.

Job Summary: As a CAE Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting complex vehicle system level CAE model construction, visualization, and analysis using tools like Ansa/Meta and Hyperworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct modal analysis, frequency response analysis, and acoustic sensitivity studies using Optistruct and Nastran solvers.
  • Develop and maintain complex vehicle system level CAE models using Ansa/Meta and Hyperworks.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and optimize vehicle components for improved performance and reduced noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH).
  • Provide expert guidance on CAE best practices and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
