Maximus is seeking a highly skilled Regional Clinic Supervisor to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team in Creve Coeur, MO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Clinic Intake Specialists and Sr. Clinic Intake Specialists in the Central region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Clinic Intake schedules to ensure clinics are staffed and running smoothly.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to Clinic Intake staff to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Address staff concerns and communicate with RCM to resolve any issues.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new Clinic Intake staff.
  • Perform supervisory duties, including evaluating staff performance, identifying training needs, and developing work schedules.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask, delegate, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and security requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
