Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor - Facilities Operations Leader to join our team at TDIndustries. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of our facilities and related systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Facilities Staff: Lead and direct a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities mechanical components, electrical equipment, and systems, ensuring compliance with safety policies and manufacturer specifications.
  • Spare Parts Inventory Management: Develop and maintain a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools, recommending purchases to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  • Quality and Safety: Conduct regular quality and safety walks with direct reports, ensuring adherence to company and customer safety practices and protocols.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency calls, working with police, fire, and emergency service crews to protect company property and employees.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: In building maintenance and supervisory roles, with a proven track record of success in facilities management and operations.
  • High School or GED: Required, with a strong foundation in technical and engineering operations.
  • Current EPA Universal License: Required for the position.
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively plan, organize, delegate, and control the work process, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
