Job SummaryWe are seeking a Bilingual PRN Community Based Specialist to provide in-home counseling services for at-risk youth and families. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, have a Master's degree in a social services field, and have experience working with at-risk youth and families.
Responsibilities- Provide in-home counseling services for at-risk youth and families
- Manage a small case load as assigned by a supervisor
- Meet with youth and families three times weekly to address each family's needs
- Provide after-hours support to youth and families
- Collaborate with youth, family, teachers, and other community members to achieve success
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- Master's degree in a social services field (or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience)
- Experience working with at-risk youth and families
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for work purposes
- Ability to maintain an untraditional schedule
We offer a competitive salary of $20-$22 per hour based on education, as well as opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
