What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service and deliver a world-class experience every day

• Build relationships with customers and consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques

• Participate in team selling and contribute to achieving store sales volume and metrics goals

• Assist with visual merchandising, set up, and other store-related projects

• Handle cash register transactions and maintain a positive work environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors
