Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design, analysis, documentation, verification, and test of digital electronics and embedded software for space applications, including command and control, data storage, signal processing, and communications.
  • Participate in the full lifecycle design for related software in high-reliability systems for space applications, perform documentation, and implement designs from concept to application.
  • Collaborate with full-time staff responsible for design, test, and delivery of printed circuit boards, FPGA, and/or embedded software.
  • Perform tasks related to applied research, hardware and software integration, testing, implementation, installation, and documentation.
  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • 0 years of C/C++ software development knowledge.
  • Embedded software development understanding related to high-reliability or low-power systems.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
Daily and Monthly Tasks
  • Learn from and work with full-time staff to gain expertise in design, test, and delivery of printed circuit boards, FPGA, and/or embedded software.
  • Contribute to applied research, hardware and software integration, testing, implementation, installation, and documentation.
