Position Overview:
  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Manage onsite personnel and subcontractors to guarantee high standards of workmanship.
  • Perform regular site inspections to assess progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to resolve any challenges that may occur.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols.
  • Deliver project updates to upper management and stakeholders.
  • Encourage a positive and secure work atmosphere.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position within commercial construction.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.
  • Exceptional leadership and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and team leadership capabilities.
  • Familiarity with construction management software.
  • Preferred educational background in a relevant field.
  • Certifications in safety and quality assurance are advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel as needed.
