Risk Management Specialist

About the RoleAs a Commercial Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs. You'll work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets, collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, and continuously seek ways to improve our processes and services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the renewal process to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered to clients in a timely manner.
- Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
- Nurture relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Guide team members in addressing client risk management needs through consultative conversations.
- Mentor Client Service team members through continuous learning, transparent feedback, and strong talent development.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met.
- Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within Gallagher systems.
- Utilize Gallagher's technology to improve productivity and quality.
- Strong communication skills to build professional relationships with internal and external partners.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Active learner with a desire to develop professional skills and improve efficiency.
- Innovative and open to new ideas, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gallagher's systems.
