CRM Rental Management, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Occupancy Specialist to join our team at our Montcalm Apartments property in Queensbury, NY. As an Occupancy Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and overseeing the operational aspect for the assigned property, ensuring compliance with HUD/LIHTC regulations.

• Process and maintain property and tenant certifications, re-certifications, vouchers, verifications, and monitor monthly rental payments and prepare the corresponding monthly financial Book Close reports.
• Organize and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Monitor and report on occupancy levels, vacancy rates, and other key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure efficient unit turnover and minimize downtime.

• 1-3 years' experience in the HUD/LIHTC/RD/Affordable Housing field.
• Section 8 / Tax Credit experience required.
• COS/TCS certifications required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and On-Site Rental System.
