Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients following established standards and practices.
- Assist physicians and staff with the daily coordination of patient care and patient access.
- Coordinate patient flow, schedules appointments, procedures, tests, and referrals.
- Serve as a preceptor for clinical staff and rely on experience and judgment to accomplish responsibilities.
- Work under minimal supervision and lead and direct the work of others within the scope of practice.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- One year of acute care nursing experience.
- A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Meet the licensure requirements for the state of Louisiana.
- Be proficient in the English language, verbal and written communication skills, and computer skills.
- Hold a current Louisiana State license as a RN and BLS certification.
Estimated Salary: $63,500 - $85,000 per year
