Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care strategies
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient information
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to a culture of safety and excellence
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A current Louisiana State license as a Registered Nurse
  • At least one year of acute care nursing experience
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Proficient English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
