Amazing Lash Studio is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Studio Manager. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for assisting the Studio Director with studio operations, managing the front desk, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for identifying training needs and providing ongoing training, coaching, and role-playing opportunities to the team. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a high level of sales performance, meeting or exceeding personal, team, and individual membership sales and retail sales goals. If you have excellent leadership and sales skills, are able to implement structure and policies, and have strong verbal and written communication skills, we encourage you to apply. Our studio is open 7 days a week, and you must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. We offer competitive pay, membership sales commission, and bonus structure, as well as free lashes and discounted services and products.
