The Predictive Model Integration Expert will also be responsible for maintaining comprehensive documentation of model integration procedures.
Core Responsibilities:
Model Integration:
- Partner with the Data Science team to embed predictive models into the marketing campaign framework.
- Guarantee smooth integration of models across various marketing platforms and tools.
- Assess and monitor the performance of integrated models to confirm they align with campaign goals.
Performance Optimization:
- Develop and execute metrics and experiments for marketing campaigns.
- Employ predictive models to enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve targeted results.
- Interpret model outputs and provide data-driven insights for campaign modifications.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve model precision and performance.
Technical Assistance and Problem Resolution:
- Deliver technical support throughout the campaign lifecycle, addressing any model integration and performance challenges.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues that may occur during campaign execution.
- Collaborate with IT and other technical teams to ensure effective model deployment.
Documentation:
- Maintain thorough and precise documentation of model integration processes and methodologies.
- Record best practices and insights gained to enhance future model integration efforts.
- Create instructional materials and user guides for team members to effectively utilize predictive models.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; advanced degree is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in embedding predictive models into marketing or business workflows.
- Strong technical expertise, including proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and data analysis tools.
- Understanding of fundamental statistical concepts and hypothesis testing.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a commitment to maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Familiarity with the hospitality or gaming sector is preferred.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Local candidates are strongly preferred.
