We are looking for a proficient and knowledgeable Welder/Installer to become a part of our workforce at JAM Workforce INC. In this role, you will be tasked with the fabrication, welding, and installation of various metal structures in accordance with detailed specifications. The successful candidate will possess a solid foundation in welding methodologies and will be adept at working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment. This position offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute a variety of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, and stick welding) to effectively join metal parts.
2. Construct metal frameworks, structures, and supports utilizing the appropriate tools and machinery.
3. Accurately measure, cut, and shape metal components to meet specific project requirements.
4. Assess welds for precision and quality, making necessary modifications as required.
5. Install fabricated components in alignment with project plans and specifications.
6. Work in collaboration with team members and project supervisors to ensure timely project completion.
7. Maintain adherence to safety standards and regulations at all times.

Qualifications:
1. Valid Driver's License.
2. Expertise in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
3. Capability to interpret and work from engineering drawings and blueprints.
4. Experience with metal fabrication tools and equipment (grinders, saws, shears, etc.).
5. Strong attention to detail and precision in welding and installation tasks.
6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
7. Effective communication skills and ability to follow directives.
8. Physical endurance and dexterity to manage heavy materials and operate machinery safely.
9. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures relevant to welding and installation.
10. Leather Boots or Steel Toe.
11. Drug Screen.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Welding certification(s) from accredited institutions.
2. Experience in a construction or manufacturing setting.
3. Familiarity with applicable codes and standards (e.g., AWS, ASME).
4. Previous involvement in installation projects.
