Job Description

ACE Machine and Metal Fabrication Co., Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Metal Fabrication Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working with CNC Press Brakes and a strong understanding of metal fabrication principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read, interpret, and understand work orders, drawings, and production schedules to determine specifications, such as tooling to be used, dimensions, and tolerances.
  • Review all bend sequences for proper optimization and ensure Press Brake tooling is loaded correctly.
  • Set up Press Brakes according to work order priority and perform CNC programming operations.
  • Verify parts are accurately and efficiently produced and quality check critical dimensions.
  • Coordinate distribution of finished work orders to subsequent departments and report levels of in-stock materials weekly.
  • Identify needed maintenance of machines and notify supervisor, follow good housekeeping practices, and identify and resolve basic quality issues.
  • Follow all safety precautions and use protective equipment as required, and identify and immediately correct any safety hazards in the work area.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned and maintain a positive personal attitude and work environment that fosters the highest level of employee cooperation, morale, and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of CNC Press Brake experience required.
  • CNC Turret experience preferred.
  • Shear and Plate Roller experience preferred.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and have forklift experience.

Pay based on experience.
