About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Personal Banker to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized banking services to customers, including account opening, loan applications, and other financial transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach and communication.
  • Assist customers with basic requests and provide solutions to their financial needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our bank's products and services to effectively connect customers with the right solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of customer-facing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays.
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise.
