Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and make every customer feel welcome in our branch
  • Help customers with transactions, such as deposits and withdrawals
  • Gain a deep understanding of customers' unique financial needs and provide personalized recommendations to support their financial well-being
  • Help customers achieve their financial goals and deepen relationships through outreach and engagement
  • Comply with all bank policies, regulations, and laws

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Retail banking experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
