**Job Title:** Lead Healthcare Data Analyst
**Overview:** Logistics Management Institute (LMI) is a premier management consulting and technology firm that delivers innovative solutions to the federal government. We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Healthcare Data Analyst to join our team.
**About the Role:** As a Lead Healthcare Data Analyst, you will be responsible for leading a team of data analysts in collecting, organizing, modeling, and analyzing healthcare-related data using analytical and/or statistical tools. You will work closely with project managers to develop and execute curricula for new and existing team members.
**Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, model, and analyze healthcare-related data using analytical and/or statistical tools.
- Develop useful methodologies for analyzing and presenting data analysis products using statistics, graphs, images, and lists that communicate results to leadership.
- Responsible for taking identified, adjudicated data elements through the process of research, analysis, documentation, and creation of various cleansing/conditioning techniques to deliver user/system-ready data.
- Perform data quality assessments, identifies, and prioritizes improvements.
**Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field.
- Microsoft SQL training and relevant certification(s).
- Experienced in Microsoft Power BI and/or SSRS reporting tools.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in the following: SQL, T-SQL, and Visual Studio skills to collect, organize, model, and analyze data.
**Estimated Salary:** $85,000 - $90,000 per year based on location and qualifications.
