Job Title: Senior Product Manager - AI Powered Creative Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AI powered creative solutions for our advertising platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and execution for our AI powered creative tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for our AI powered creative tools, including Symphony Creative Studio.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the advertising landscape and the needs of our advertisers, and use that knowledge to develop new and innovative ad products that leverage the power of AI generated content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high quality products that meet user needs and drive business objectives.
  • Partner with business development and sales teams to drive adoption of new products and features among advertisers, and to develop new business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
  • Track and analyze key product metrics, and use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and use that knowledge to drive innovation and keep TikTok at the forefront of the advertising landscape.
Requirements:
  • Many years of product management experience building products/tools related to marketplace, advertising, or creatives.
  • Experience developing products that leverage generative AI/machine learning to automate creative production or content creation workflows is a major plus.
  • Deep understanding of the advertising landscape and the needs of advertisers, including experience with creative development, media buying, and ad optimization.
  • Strong experience with AI technologies and their application in advertising.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, data science, and business development teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
