Job Summary

The Associate Creative Director (ACD) role at BOND is a crucial position that requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to assist the Creative Director in managing the overall schedule, sharing insights into key elements impacting the workflow, and communicating with the Creative, Shared Services, and Accounts teams to facilitate assignments and set people up for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help the Creative Director manage the overall schedule and share insights into key elements impacting the workflow.
  • Communicate with the Creative, Shared Services, and Accounts teams to facilitate assignments and set people up for success.
  • Direct photoshoots (both internal and external) and facilitate and direct sketch presentations.
  • Give effective feedback to the team and keep the process moving.
  • Begin to develop and strengthen client relationships.
  • Lead several projects independently, including a combination of large and small projects.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) and Production to set up jobs.
  • Gather intel, research, and inspiration scrap to help establish creative positions.
  • Ensure that all resources and documents for jobs are sorted properly in conjunction with the Accounts Team.
  • Facilitate the creation of assets and resources that give the team a winning edge.
  • Cover for the Creative Director when they are out of the office.
  • Lead internal Zoom meetings effectively.
  • Other creative duties and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements
  • Master comp builder with the ability to solve creative challenges for many different styles, genres, and techniques.
  • Mastery of image making, including graphic design, photography, and illustration, with the ability to direct and facilitate in any media necessary.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence taking initiative and prioritizing multiple projects in parallel.
  • Energy and attention-level to succeed in a high-volume work environment.
  • Positive attitude with an emphasis on collaboration.
