Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5+ years of clinical experience in spinal surgery
  • 1-2+ years of industry experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Effective teaching skills with the ability to translate complex instructions clearly
  • Ability to work with precision, accuracy, and high attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Willingness to travel extensively as needed
Compensation
  • Base: $100K
  • Variable Comp: Percentage of revenue growth over prior year
  • On target earnings: $120+
Location
  • Territory Parameters: Will help support education and clinical support east of Texas
  • Acceptable Candidate Location: East of Texas, Near a major airport
