Job Title: Project Manager - Water and Wastewater Infrastructure

Carollo Engineers is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our Private Sector Group (Industrial) team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and document scopes of work (SOW) and manage changes based on client inputs and business-driven changes
  • Define and align resource needs to meet project requirements, including outsourcing for specific design support needs
  • Lead coordination and collaboration with client and construction teams for project delivery
  • Support the development of the design team and identify training opportunities
  • Understand and define project deliverables for various phases, from feasibility to construction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their design professionals
  • Track design productivity and adherence to design budgets and design package planning
Qualifications:
  • Broad experience in the Design and Construction industry with an understanding of water and wastewater treatment and infrastructure
  • Prior experience working in a multi-discipline design team supporting semiconductor or similar industry
  • Experience in tracking design productivity and quality control of design document production
  • Experience with alternative project delivery methods for design and construction
  • Excellent communications and technical writing skills
  • Established relationships with project owners and ability to provide high-level client service
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Registration as a PE, PMP, or CMAA is desired
Compensation and Benefits:

Carollo offers a competitive salary range of $135,000 to $250,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, comprehensive health insurance, pre-tax savings account options, disability insurance, and life insurance options.
