Recovery Support Specialist

At All Together Recovery, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Recovery Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and providing exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operations, logistics, and programming to ensure a positive treatment atmosphere.
- Provide recovery support to program participants, including education and coaching on client house rules.
- Administer drug screens, room checks, and body and belongings searches as needed.
- Facilitate APSS and structured activity groups for residential clients.
- Work with clinical staff and treatment team to gauge client needs and progress in the program.
Requirements:
- Current APSS certification.
- 1 year of previous experience as an APSS.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 12 months working with SUD treatment preferred.
