Job Summary

At All Together Recovery, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Recovery Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with daily operations, logistics, and programming to ensure a positive treatment atmosphere.
  2. Provide recovery support to program participants, including education and coaching on client house rules.
  3. Administer drug screens, room checks, and body and belongings searches as needed.
  4. Facilitate APSS and structured activity groups for residential clients.
  5. Work with clinical staff and treatment team to gauge client needs and progress in the program.

Requirements:

  1. Current APSS certification.
  2. 1 year of previous experience as an APSS.
  3. High school diploma or GED.
  4. 12 months working with SUD treatment preferred.
