Job Overview

All Together Recovery LLC (ATR) is a leading provider of addiction recovery services. We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team.

The Medical Assistant will work under the direction of our APRN and/or RN to assist with the medical needs of our clients. This includes coordinating healthcare services, managing medical records, and providing support with medication administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with medication management and inventory
  2. Facilitate medication self-administration
  3. Review client requests and refer appropriately
  4. Assist with weekly nursing updates
  5. Maintain medical logs and records
  6. Schedule and confirm external appointments
  7. Submit lab orders and review client drug screens

Requirements:

  1. Graduate of medical assistant program
  2. Current valid and unrestricted certificate
  3. Medical SUD background preferred
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution

We offer a competitive salary and shift differential for 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts.
