Medical Support Specialist

All Together Recovery LLC (ATR) is a leading provider of addiction recovery services. We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team.
The Medical Assistant will work under the direction of our APRN and/or RN to assist with the medical needs of our clients. This includes coordinating healthcare services, managing medical records, and providing support with medication administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with medication management and inventory
- Facilitate medication self-administration
- Review client requests and refer appropriately
- Assist with weekly nursing updates
- Maintain medical logs and records
- Schedule and confirm external appointments
- Submit lab orders and review client drug screens
Requirements:
- Graduate of medical assistant program
- Current valid and unrestricted certificate
- Medical SUD background preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution
We offer a competitive salary and shift differential for 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts.
