Requirements
  • Experience: 5-10+ years of experience in construction operations management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their full potential. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Certifications: 30 Hour OSHA Certification (or equivalent).
