Co-op Program Overview

As a Co-op with Ferguson Construction, you will gain hands-on experience in various skilled trades, working alongside our experienced field craftworkers and learning from our expert Superintendents.

You will be involved in project planning, scheduling, cost management, and collaboration with project stakeholders, while contributing to the successful completion of quality projects.

Responsibilities
  • Assist field craftworkers and Superintendents in daily operations
  • Learn various skills, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and project coordination
  • Observe and interact with professionals related to the construction field, including owners, architects, and vendors
  • Attend project meetings and departmental meetings
  • Participate in site and safety inspections, conducting inventories and troubleshooting
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
Requirements

We are seeking individuals with a passion for commercial construction and a desire for growth and development. Ideal candidates will possess long-term thinking, relationship-building skills, and a growing familiarity with the construction industry.
