Maintenance Scheduler/Planner

Job DescriptionVeolia North America is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Scheduler/Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to our project staff and other departments as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to escalated customer service issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Generate and schedule work orders for field employees.
- Conduct planning and scheduling of work in our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Manage daily work orders in the system, ensuring proper creation, planning, and updates.
- Coordinate with utility employees and supervisors to resolve complex customer issues.
- Assist with greeting visitors, maintaining security of the facility, and coordinating meeting and event logistics.
- Transmit and distribute outgoing correspondence to clients and regulatory agencies.
- Receive, screen, and distribute incoming communications, including mail and phone calls.
- Perform activities associated with procurement and expense systems, including requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
- Process timekeeping records and expenses for the project.
- Assist with other projects as directed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
- 3-5 years of administrative, customer service, or system maintenance experience in a related field.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office and Google platforms.
- Demonstrated mature judgment and integrity of sensitive and confidential employee information.
- Ability to shift priorities and effectively perform under pressure.
- Ability to be proactive and results-oriented.
