About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Leader in a long-term care facility. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, training new team members, and overseeing physician orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Train and mentor new team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Oversee the administration of medications, treatments, and physician orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Supervise and lead clinical and non-clinical team members, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Participate in the interdisciplinary team to plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care, ensuring continuity and quality.
- Document resident conditions and nursing needs accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining comprehensive records.
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Conduct resident assessments, ensuring accurate reporting and continuity of care.
Requirements:
- Current RN license and other required certifications.
- Preference for one year of nursing experience in a long-term care facility.
