We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ebenezer, a leading provider of senior living services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities:- Monitor and coordinate resident care plans to ensure consistency with individual needs
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians
- Assess and revise care plans as needed to ensure optimal resident outcomes
- Provide reports and documentation related to incidents, changes in status, and care provided
- Current MN RN/LPN license or by start date
- BLS certification required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof of enrollment in a BLS class to renew or obtain certification
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers certification
- Experience working in a patient support role, LPN or RN
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems
- Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families, and physicians or providers
