Engineering Specialist

STV is seeking a highly experienced Senior Office Engineer to join our Transportation Division in Hartford, CT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a field staff, reviewing construction schedules, and ensuring contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a field staff, including monitoring budgets and reviewing construction schedules.
- Review and monitor contractor compliance with contract documents.
- Provide recommendations to the Design Engineer on contractor requests.
- Serve as the Owner's on-site representative to coordinate and monitor matters of quality, schedule, cost, and substantial conformance to the contract documents.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 20 years of relevant Office Engineering experience with infrastructure construction projects.
- CCM certificate a plus.
- Experience on light rail and railroad construction projects a plus.
- NETTCP Certifications highly desired.
- A competitive salary range of $122,000 - $163,744.00.
