Job Summary:

Cintas is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Route Service Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts in the Rental Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base.
  • Grow our existing customer base by upselling/cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory.
  • Work professionally, safely, and in compliance with driving/vehicle regulations.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21+ years of age.
  • Must have a High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.
  • Have an active driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be willing/able to obtain a DOT medical certification.
  • The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
  • Self-motivation and drive to work in a team to meet goals.
  • Must have a positive attitude, along with ambition, organization, and service spirit.
  • Must be able/willing to provide documentation regarding previous employment.
  • The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
