As a Community Engagement Manager at CRM Residential, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those who need it most.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for building communities. You will be responsible for all phases of the operation of the property, including cost control, revenue improvement, general administration, maintenance, supervision, and financial operation within approved guidelines.

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on various channels.

This position requires a strong organizational and project management skillset, with experience working with social media platforms, content creation, and community engagement. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also necessary.

What You'll Get:

A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as comprehensive health coverage, retirement savings with employer contribution, bonus potential, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
