Job Overview

First Media is a leading social media publishing and marketing organization, renowned for its innovative approach at the crossroads of content and commerce. We are dedicated to revolutionizing shoppable content and are proud to have a vast audience and extensive reach across multiple platforms.

We are currently in search of a Proposal Writer who possesses a forward-thinking mindset. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with our Business Development and Executive teams to formulate persuasive responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) that align with our strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and produce high-quality responses to RFPs.
  • Engage with departmental leaders to gather necessary materials and manage the proposal process from start to finish.
  • Review and refine RFPs, ensuring content is accurate, consistent, and meets all specified requirements.
  • Create impactful presentations and supplementary materials for client meetings.
  • Revise proposals based on constructive feedback.
  • Facilitate and participate in strategic planning meetings.
  • Attend necessary meetings to discuss proposals and outcomes.
  • Assist with various business development and marketing initiatives as required.
  • Work alongside the design team to develop compelling graphics and visuals.
  • Present proposals to the executive board effectively.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal coordination or presentation development for consumer brands, preferably within the social media sector.
  • Proven experience in crafting tailored digital media strategies with an emphasis on social media marketing.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Outstanding writing skills, complemented by thorough proofreading expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
