Job Summary:

As a Winner's Circle Ambassador at Dave & Buster's, you will be the first point of contact for our Guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every Guest feels welcome and valued, creating a positive and memorable experience for all who visit our Midway.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional Guest service, ensuring that every interaction is friendly, attentive, and personalized.
Manage wait times and communicate information to Guests, Team Members, and Managers as needed.
Provide game assistance, promptly notifying Support Technicians or Management as required.
Maintain a clean and organized Winner's Circle, ensuring all plush and shelves are stocked, properly cleaned, and maintained.
Assist other Team Members as needed, fostering a cooperative and harmonious working climate.

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
