North Suffolk Community Services Inc. is a respected leader in the field of Early Intervention. As a Family Support Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to supporting families and children in the Harbor Area.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive case management services to families, including identifying their needs and developing a personalized plan to support their child's development. You will also coordinate referrals to other community resources, such as medical providers, therapists, and educational services, to ensure the child receives the support they need.

Throughout the service delivery process, you will maintain regular communication with the child's family, collaborate with other members of the EI team, and participate in regular team meetings to share best practices and address any challenges that may arise. We also encourage ongoing education and training to ensure you remain up-to-date on the latest research and techniques.

We offer a competitive salary range of $67,500 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes paid time off, health insurance, 403(b) retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
